    • Hehe, yes, you are pretty much right! I made mine with salt rather than sugar though. The porridge was made with half water, half soya milk, then poured into a baking tray and left overnight. It was then sliced and shallow fried in coconut oil and served with a sprinkling of salt and a dusting of cinnamon.
